This Agreement is between BounceTown USA LLC (“Company”) and the undersigned customer (“Renter”). By signing, Renter agrees to all terms below.

  1. Equipment & Delivery

BounceTown USA rents inflatables, slides, games, soft play, tents, tables, chairs, and related equipment (“equipment”). All equipment remains company property. Delivery, setup, and pickup are performed by BounceTown USA unless otherwise agreed. Setup area must be level, clean, and free of hazards.

  1. Supervision & Proper Use

Renter must provide continuous adult supervision at all times. Prohibited on inflatables/soft play:

  • Shoes, sharp objects, glasses, jewelry
  • Food, drinks, gum, candy
  • Confetti, glitter, face paint, silly string
  • Pets
  • Rough play, flips, climbing on walls/netting
  • Overloading or mixing age groups beyond posted limits

Renter agrees to follow all safety instructions.

  1. Damage, Theft & Cleaning

Renter is responsible for any damage, theft, stains, or excessive cleaning. Chargeable issues include tears, punctures, silly string/face paint stains, mud, food/drink saturation, missing stakes/tarps/blowers, or water damage to non‑water units. Renter authorizes BounceTown USA to charge the payment method on file for repair or cleaning fees.

  1. Weather Policy

Inflatables must not be used in rain, lightning, or winds over 15 mph. If unsafe weather occurs, Renter must shut down the inflatable immediately. Once equipment is delivered, no refunds are issued due to weather.

  1. Power Requirements

Renter must provide a dedicated outlet within 100 feet unless a generator is used. Loss of power or tripped breakers does not qualify for refunds.

  1. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Renter understands inflatable use involves inherent risks and assumes all responsibility for injuries or property damage. BounceTown USA is not liable for injuries or damage resulting from improper use, lack of supervision, unsafe weather, or unauthorized movement of equipment. Renter agrees to release and indemnify BounceTown USA LLC from all claims.

  1. Access & Pickup

Renter must ensure clear access at pickup time (unlocked gates, pets secured, vehicles moved). If equipment cannot be retrieved, additional fees or extra‑day charges may apply.

  1. No Relocation

Renter may not move, drag, or reposition equipment after setup.

  1. Legal Terms

This Agreement is governed by Michigan law. Digital signatures and electronic acceptance constitute full legal acceptance.
